个人简介
苏鸿辉先生于1975年毕业于香港理工学院建筑及测量专业。毕业后,他在工料测量顾问公司任职至副董事。 他于 1980 年获得特许工料测量师资格。他的经验涵盖私营和公共部门的建筑和土木工程工程合同前和合同后服务。
苏先生于1988年前往母校香港理工学院担任地产及发展处副总监(前称高级助理地产主任)。 他调任空间经理,涉及空间分配、空间规划和整个大学校园的发展监控。 2005年至2014年,他担任管理信息和支持办公室主任。他的职责范围包括资本项目和维护工程的成本控制和审计、办公室管理、空间管理、秘书处和再造服务。 退休后,他担任外聘专业顾问,于2021年出任立齐咨询有限公司的董事。
Introduction
Frankie So graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in Building and Surveying in 1975. After graduation, he worked in consultant quantity surveying firms to post of Associate Director. He qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1980. His experience covered pre and post contract services for building and civil engineering works in both private and public sectors.
He worked for his alma mater, the Hong Kong Polytechnic, as Associate Director of the Estate and Development Office (formerly known as Senior Assistant Estates officer) in 1988. He changed post in Space Manager involving space allocation, space planning and monitoring of the entire university campus. He has been the Head of Management Information and Support Office from 2005 to 2014. His scope of duties included, amongst other things, cost control and audits of capital projects and maintenance works, office administration, space management, secretariat and reengineering service. After retirement, he worked as professional adviser on contract basis and is now a Director of LESK Solutions.

苏鸿辉先生是香港测量师学会创会会员、1991年出任香港测量师学会工料测量委员会会员、2003/2004年出任香港物业管理会会长、2009/2011年出任香港测量师学会课程评审专家团、2009年至2012年出任英国皇家特许测量师学会物业管理专业组委员会主席,现为建筑环保评估协会及香港绿色建筑议会董事。
Community Activities
Frankie is a Founding Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Member of the Quantity Surveying Council of HKIS in 1991, the President of HKIFM in 2003/04, Panel of Experts for Course Accreditation of HKIS in 2009/2011, the Chairman of FM Professional Group Committee of RICS HK from 2009 to 2012 and Currently Directors of BEAM Society Limited and the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
